SEALES LUCKY CUSTOMER OF THE YEAR

We at Seales Performance Stockfeed are confident customers using Seales products really do achieve better animal performance and earn higher returns than those that don’t and we want to demonstrate this!

We want to collect some information from our customers which we can then compare to national and regional averages.

All you need to do to enter the draw for one of these great prizes is to have spent a minimum of $7,500 at Seales between January 1 and October 23 2009, complete the entry form and return it to us. Yes, it’s that simple to enter! (Your individual information will not be disclosed but will be included in the Seales averaging).

The entry form must be completed in full to qualify for entry into the Seales Lucky Customer of the Year promotion (unless you are a calf rearer when some information will not be relevant).

To be eligible to enter the draw the entrant must be a customer of Seales Ltd with a minimum 2009 spend of $7,500 (based on calendar year, January through to October 23)
All information provided is to be true and correct to the best of the entrants knowledge
Limited to one entry per customer
Questionnaires are to be returned no later than 5.00PM October 23 2009
Seales reserve the right to publish the name of the winner for the purposes of publicity
The prize of the Ford Ranger must not be driven by any person unlicensed, under the age of 21, or any person who fails to meet any legal requirements required prior to being eligible to drive e.g. no one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is to drive the vehicle
It will be the winners responsibility to cover general running costs of the vehicle such as fuel and oil
The winner must not remove any of the sign writing on the vehicle in any circumstance
Infringement notices, fines, insurance excess (if incurred) will be the responsibility of the winner
