Mike Claffey, Transport Manager
Mike joined the Seales team in 1998 as a general hand, when the company had a staff level of only three people. Mike progressed through the company until he was running the feedmill operation as Mill Manager.
Seales has had phenomenal growth and changes over the past 10 years which Mike has been a significant part of. Mike recognised that with this growth brought a set of unique challenges and decided to move his career from the manufacturing arm of the company and into a position whereby he is a vital link between the feedmill, the transport providers, and our farming clients. This year Mike has taken on the new role of Transport Manager, whereby he utilises his vast experience with Seales and also his enjoyment of interacting with farmers.
